We have chosen the traditional Bronze turkey, a heritage breed that is ideally suited to a free-range, organic life. Slow-growing and naturally full of character, Bronze turkeys produce wonderfully moist, finely textured meat with a rich, delicious flavour.
We are dedicated to giving our birds the time, space and care they need to grow naturally and enjoy a good life. From farm to table, we believe that good welfare, traditional farming and excellent food should always go hand in hand making our Bronze turkeys a Christmas meal to remember.
