Our Ruby Red Devon cows are raised on the farm to full organic standards on our lush, herb-rich pasture and home-grown hay. We believe that this produces meat with the perfect marbling and fat coverage and, having been hung for several weeks, makes for the most tender and flavoursome beef imaginable. At the moment we are building up our herd and so there will not be beef available for sale for a while.
