Our pork is beautifully juicy, tender and has wonderful flavour! The crackling is always crisp and crunchy and the sausages are the best we’ve ever tasted.
We think this is because our traditional Oxford Sandy & Black pigs live an entirely free-range life, giving them a chance to graze the grass, root in the earth and enjoy dust-bathing and wallowing in the mud. Our pigs eat organically grown food and unlike almost all non-organic pigs, they have no GM crops in their diet. Because they are able to run around and root, they take longer to get fat and this stress-free, outdoor life means they grow slowly, producing meat of exceptional quality.
