We have chosen a range of traditional turkey breeds including Norfolk Black, Cambridge Bronze, Bourbon Red and Slate Blue all of which are ideally suited to a free-range, organic life. These breeds produce moist, finely textured meat with a delicious flavour and will be sure to make your Christmas meal one to remember.
