We have been very busy in the last few weeks setting up our new farm. It is incredibly beautiful here and we have never seen such stars as there is almost no light pollution. We now have three beautiful wooden barns for machinery, livestock and hay. We have divided our fields up in to smaller paddocks which suit organic farming better, put in water throughs and built ourselves a wonderful log cabin all in the space of 6 weeks. We haven’t actually moved in but soon…Next job is reseed and start planting! We will update soon with some photos. Watch this space.
